Meet the team.
Colin Zhang – Team Manager: Responsible for overall team structure, communication, and task management. Colin participated in the 2009 F1 in Schools World Championships, London as a part of Team Aero, who placed 7th overall.
Duke Zhang – Resource Manager: Liases with team members to discover resource needs and maintain relationships with sponsors and suppliers who can meet these needs. Duke also participated with Team Aero during the 2009 championships in London as the Manufacturing Engineer.
Seugne Bosch – Marketing Manager: Works with the Resource Manager and Graphics Designer to promote the team identity to potential sponsors, provide incentives for sponsorship, and ensure our valued sponsors receive a healthy return on their investment.
Daniel Chong – Design Engineer: Conceptualizes and oversees the overall design of the race car. Daniel formulates design principles and works in SolidWorks to produce parts and assemblies which can then be manufactured.
Stephen Shang – Manufacturing Engineer: Works with the Design Engineer to bring the virtual car to life. Stephen is responsible for ensuring the utmost quality of manufacture and having them ready to race at the competition.
Kotachi Liu – Graphics Designer: Works with the team to develop our team identity and then turns these ideas into reality. Kotachi is tasked with creating compelling marketing and display items that draw attention to Team Qi’s innovation and provide exposure to our many sponsors.
